We currently ship to all countries in European Union.

Shipping costs

• Portugal – 5€ – 2-4 days
• All other countries – 10€ – 7 days

Returns & Exchange

If for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from our website please contact us within 10 days after arrival of your order.  

To be accepted for exchange or return, the item must not be used, unwashed and undamaged. If the product shows signs of being worn, washed or damaged we find ourselves on our right to not refund the return. 

For a return contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return. After a confirmation from us, ship your return package in the same condition as it was delivered to you, in the original packaging with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, because MiN Clothes is not responsible for lost returns. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense.

For exchanges contact us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions.

If your item was purchased at a retailer or a 3rd party website, the return/ exchange must be made directly through the retailer. We only process returns and exchanges for items purchased on MiN website.
